What I miss soo much bout Bandung are the brownies, especially the taste of Brownies chocolate bakar Kartika Sari, it is the best brownies I ever had. Usually I would love secret recipee's brownies but now I just don't care kerana Brownies Bakar Kartikasari adalah yang terrrrsedappp.

My trip to Bandung was almost cancelled since my monthly meeting falls on the day of my trip to Bandung and my Boss clearly mention that he needs me to be there. Shoot! I was on a verge to cut myself into 2 halves, I really cannot decide and for a week I almost lost my insanity to choose between the important meeting I had to attend and the trip I have been waiting for for half a year.

And then It happen, Just 15 hours before the flight, I told my mum that I decided that I am going no matter what (My mum is also going with me). Kirenye, I took a cut-throat decision which could cause me to be killed by my Bos.

On the night of the flight, I only get 1 hour sleep in front of my PC to prepare report for the meeting I supposed to attend the very next day. Then, when I woke up it was already 4 O'clock, seconds before I realize that I mistakenly saw the departure time to be at 8 am while it was supposedly to be at 7 am. 8 am is the arriving time at Jakarta. Who is stupid enough to make that mistake?! And I am still at Melaka while it will took me about 2 hours to arrive at LCCT. So, I just grab everything and drove. Tawakal je that I would arrived on time. To make matter worst I have no idea where is LCCT and I had to drop of Ayu to Kak mai's house in Shah Alam. Darn, it was raining heavily tooo.

Tarik nafas panjang2. The one thing I learn bout life was, focus on your goal and you'll be there. I took a very fast decision on how I could arranged things so I could arrived before I misses my flight.I called Kak Mai to take Ayu at the nearest place she knew at the LCCT and then get Kechik to drove me to LCCT. In matter of seconds everything seems to be on the right track except that when I arrived at LCCT, it was almost 35 minutes after 6. Luckily, me and my mum manage to check in. Sorry Kechik for forgetting to wave you goodbye. Finally I got on the flight without NO money and only hope that everything will also be fine in Bandung. Hopefully.

By the way, the meeting went on juz fine without me.

And then here we go:

I’ve been to movie. Yeah, apparently I don’t really have life outside my work life except.. spending time with my Sugar Pie and my family. And all of this is by choice (hope u know what I meant)

Last week I went to a movie to watch Phobia 2. I did watch Phobia 1 before through ABO. It was quite scary in its own way. It was a movie with short stories that consist of a story where people encounters their fearly moment and did not survive to tell anyone about it. I did not mean to compare phobia 1 and 2 because there is no way to compare the movie. In phobia 1, the first movie started with a phone phobia. It doesn’t have any dialog but only strong messages. Doesn’t it scare you when the one that you keep messaging is the death and they came to be with you? The second story, I don’t really like it. But the actors were an eye candy though. The third story revolved around 4 friends that went camping on the jungle and discussing on the topic of “what if one of them is death”. The story tickles you with its humor and horror when accident happens and they don’t know which one of them is back alive. The last story is about a stewardess that has an affair with a married man which I thought the scariest story out of the 4. Especially when you are left alone with the death body of the people that have grudge against you and you got nowhere to go.

Phobia 2 in the other hand varies between ghouls, zombies and black magic instead of long hair ghost that crawl down the stairs. The first story is about a boy who was sent to the jungle to live with the “monk” after committed a crime and found out the “hungry ghost” ceremony that were done in the area. It’s all about karma. The second story is about a guy that had an accident and end up in a ward with a dying man and an empty bed with both legs was cements. Was the reason he was there a coincident or was planned? The third story was about backpackers with a bad luck. What if you are hitch hiking a Van with zombies at the back? And they ain’t any regulars’ zombies but George’s Romeos Zombies that run faster than a car and attack like a hungry lion. Remind me to take public transport next time I go for a backpacking ride. The next story is about a use car seller that sells car that involved in an accident where every night the car will re-live the accident over again. The last story was the best, where the actors in Phobia 1 in (the story of 4 members that going camping) was involved in the movie making of alone 2. The last story involved humor and horror that tickles you in your seat. The twist was a bit predictable but still I was still able to laugh my heart out at the jokes. All I could say that all the audience in the movie had a good laugh and scream at the movie that day. A movie not to be missed out but if you missed it, a DVD should be fine.

I'm off to Melaka....

I'm already in Melaka...I always wanted this type of life where I could live more than I work. But somehow, I think that I am missing something....is it my heavy loaded work? my not-so nosy friends? Office mate? full load train? then what?

By da way I have more than enough time to update my journal now than ever before. I thought of changing work right now. Maybe I could tried going technical and actually trip a plant.. that sound fub..huh...

I don't even have time to list down my long list of trip experience to HK. I'll left dat out in another post.

I went to klcc to watch Drag Me to Hell today. Don't even asked why did I go to watch movie at klcc. Everybody I know, would definitely understand how I resent klcc.

Back to the movie, it wasn't really a great movie, but, well... quite scary with a few jump scenes and it's sound effect. I found it a little gross by the way and funny.

Rather than focusing on the story I was more captivated by the value the main character brought to the stage. Rather than being sorry by the curse that falls into her, most of the time, I personally think that she deserve it. Cruel, I know. Reality check, what she did in the movie, is exactly what most people will do in real life.

SPOILER AHEAD

When she choose to not grant the old lady extension on house payment because she thinks that it would jeopardize her chance in getting the promotion she always wanted, I believe it was drawn by pressure given by her BF's family. Then, she denied that was her own choice and blame her boss for everything, that was quite selfish.

Then, when she kills the cute little cat as a sacrifice to stop the curse, I was surprise. But it kind of a thing most people would do in a very desperate situation. I found the scene was quite funny.

When she even think to hand over the button to other people but she did not and it was very noble. But she hand it back to the dead old lady, probably, thinks that she deserve it.

I think that if what she did in the movie made her deserve to go to hell. Then all of us do.....
